And she really wanted her alone time to work on her quilting. So what she did was this, she moved up the nap time and calls it quiet time. Katie goes in her room and must play quietly for at least an hour (mom has the same Cd that plays so that Katie knows when the hour is up)... Mom has a monitor on so she can tell if Katie is getting into trouble. No expectations of sleep and Katie can come out on her own when the CD is over.
